Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency, about 2-3 minutes.
Slowly add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing on low speed until thoroughly combined, then increase the speed and continue mixing for another minute.
Pour in the vanilla extract and sour cream, then beat the mixture until it becomes smooth and fluffy, roughly 2 minutes.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the diced apples and ground cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
Drizzle in half of the caramel sauce, using a gentle swirling motion to create a marbled effect.
Carefully transfer the creamy mixture into a stylish serving bowl, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top, and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
To enhance the flavors and allow the dip to set, cover and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Present the chilled dip with an enticing array of assorted dippers on the side.
