Instructions
Begin by peeling and slicing the ripe banana and adding it to your blender.
Next, scoop in the creamy natural peanut butter.
Pour in the almond milk to facilitate the blending process.
Add the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder.
If you like your smoothie on the sweeter side, incorporate either honey or maple syrup, then include the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
For a refreshing chilled smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes into the blender.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed for about 30 to 45 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
Stop blending and taste your smoothie. Adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired.
Once you're satisfied with the texture and flavor, pour the smoothie into a glass or a portable to-go cup.
