In a spacious mixing bowl, add the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts. Pour in the olive oil, and sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Toss everything together thoroughly until the Brussels sprouts are well-coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, watching closely for the cheese to turn golden brown.
Once done, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top and garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Serve hot as a side dish.
