Ingredients

3 cups frozen hash browns, thoroughly thawed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cooked bacon or turkey bacon, crumbled (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns with the melted butter, mixing well until the hash browns are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.

Transfer the hash brown mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or tart pan. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides to form a cohesive crust.

Place the hash brown crust in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it achieves a golden-brown color and a crispy texture. Once done, remove from the oven and set aside to cool for a few minutes.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and whole milk until well combined. Add in garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste, continuing to whisk until blended.

Gently fold in the shredded cheese, chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled bacon (if using) into the egg mixture, ensuring even distribution.

Carefully pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked hash brown crust, spreading it out evenly to cover the surface.

Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and return the quiche to the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and puffed slightly.

Once baked, allow the quiche to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing into wedges.

                    Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the quiche warm, garnished with freshly chopped chives or parsley on top. For an eye-catching presentation, slice into wedges and serve on a vibrant platter, accompanied by a light side salad for a refreshing spring meal! Enjoy!
